Work with Purpose

Maslow’s Needs at Work

There are three core drivers that will determine whether we feel fulfilled in our work: who we serve, how we serve them, and why we serve them. While we all generate purpose from a wide range of sources, people tend to have specific patterns in how they find purpose based on their own psychological profile. By committing to purpose in your work you are not only increasing your own well-being. Purpose is contagious. Research has demonstrated that it also will increase the odds of your co-workers embracing purpose and will likely be passed on to your children and grandchildren.
